Order Status
Check your order status in your account. Allow 24 hours for updates. Tracking will be emailed after shipping. Contact support@hemiicosmetics.com for help.
Order Changes
You cannot change any order after checkout including address, payment, or products.
Shipping Address
You cannot change the address after placing an order. If returned, we can reship or refund. We do not replace delivered orders.
Order Cancellation
We do not allow cancellations. You may return unopened packages as Return to Sender and email support@hemiicosmetics.com.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and ShopPay. We do not accept prepaid cards, checks, or money orders.
Shipping Locations
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with DHL, FedEx, USPS, CDL, Evri, DPD, and Passport.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to US orders over $40, Canada over $50 CAD, UK over £50, Australia over $75 AUD, and EU over €50.
Delivery Times
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. US delivery takes 3 to 5 days. Canada 3 to 8 days. UK 3 to 5 days. Australia 10 to 12 days. EU 5 to 7 days.
AfterPay
AfterPay lets you pay in four interest free payments every two weeks for US orders over $35. Missed payments may result in late fees.
Returns
Log in to your Hemii Beauty account. Open your order history. Select the order you want to return.
Follow the on screen steps. For exchanges, email support@hemiicosmetics.com. We do not accept returns on sets. We may exchange for equal or lower value.
Refund Processing
After approval and receipt, refunds process in 3 to 5 business days. Banks may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
AfterPay Refunds
After we process your return, AfterPay updates your payment schedule in your AfterPay account. Partial returns adjust remaining payments.
